Frozen shrimp/other physicochemical component detection

This standard specifies the specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, storage, and transportation of frozen shrimp products. This standard applies to frozen whole shrimp and frozen headless shrimp made from Chinese shrimp (Penaeus Chness), Penaeus penicillatus, South American white shrimp (Pe naeus vanammi), Japanese shrimp (Penaeus juponcus), spotted shrimp (Pinaeus monodon 'Fabricius), Pe naeus merguiensis, and Macrobrachium rasenbergt through frozen processing. Frozen shrimp processed with other large shrimp can also be referred to for execution.
