Steam dry on low heat and continue heating for carbonization. Transfer to a muffle furnace and ash at a high temperature of 500 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Remove and let it cool. Dissolve in 1 mL of nitric acid four times and place it in a constant volume 10 mL volumetric flask for testing

5. Determination

Introduce the treated sample solution, reagent blank solution, and copper standard solution in each volumetric flask to the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer under the optimal conditions for determination. Reference conditions: lamp current 3-6mA, wavelength 324.8nm. Draw a standard curve or linear regression equation with a gradient of copper standard solution, and compare the absorption value of the sample with the curve or bring it into the equation to obtain the content
