This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Center for Food Fermentation Standardization. The drafting units of this standard are China Food Additive Production and Application Industry Association, Luoyang Food Additive Factory in Henan Province, and China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Li Changshan, Li Huiyi, Ren Zhilong, and Hu Jianping.
