This part of GB/T 22805 specifies a method for determining the grease resistance of paper and paperboard. GB/T 450 Paper and Board-Sampling and Determination of Longitudinal and Transverse, Front and Back Faces of Samples (GB/T 450-2008, ISO 1862002, MOD) GB/T 10739 Standard Atmospheric Conditions for Paper, Boardboard, and Pulp Processing and Testing (GB/T 10739-2002, eqv ISO 187; 1990) 3 Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB/T 22805. 3.1 Grease resistance The ability of paper and paperboard to resist surface stains and oil penetration. 3.2 Surface repellency The ability of paper and paperboard surfaces to resist grease wetting reactions. 3.3 Fat Resistance Kit Rating: Drip a numbered set of test solutions onto the surface of paper or paperboard in sequence, and determine the maximum number of the test solution before any wetting reaction occurs that darkens the color of the paper or paperboard surface. Note: A high grease resistance value indicates that the sample has good grease resistance performance. Principle 4: Mix castor oil with two solvents in proportion, and number solutions of different proportions from low to high to form a set of test solutions. Different test solutions with different numbers have different permeability properties. Drop the test solution onto the surface of the sample, and the maximum number of the test solution when there are no dark spots on the surface of the sample is the grease resistance value of the sample
