General test methods for the salt industry - Determination of moisture - Scope 1: This part of GB/T13025 specifies the method for determining moisture in salt products and salt chemical products. Drying Loss Method 2.1 Principle: After drying the sample to constant weight at a specified temperature (between 80 ℃ and 200 ℃), weigh the weight loss before and after drying. 2.2 Instrument 2.2.1 Constant temperature drying oven: temperature fluctuation ≤ ± 2 ℃. 2.2.2 Low profile weighing bottle: 60 mm × 30 mm. 2.3 Analysis Step: Weigh 10 g of a uniform sample crushed to below 2 mm, accurately weigh to 0.001 g, and place it in a low type weighing bottle that has been dried and weighed at the specified temperature. Obliquely open the weighing bottle cap and place it in a constant temperature drying oven. Gradually raise the temperature to the specified temperature and continue drying for 2 hours. Cover the weighing bottle cap and remove it. Transfer it to a dryer and cool it to room temperature for weighing. Afterwards, dry for 1 hour each time and weigh it until the difference between two consecutive weights does not exceed 0.000 5 g, which is considered constant weight
