The unit volume mass of concrete mixture after compaction in the apparent density test is called the apparent density of concrete (kg/m3). The compaction methods of the mixture are divided into two types: a vibrating table and a vibrating rod. Concrete with a slump less than 70mm should be compacted using a vibrating table, while concrete with a slump greater than 70mm should be compacted using a vibrating rod. After pouring the concrete through the bleeding test, solid particles will settle due to their high density before setting and hardening. Load the mixture into a cylindrical cylinder in the laboratory, measure the amount of water that has accumulated on the surface of the concrete within the specified time, and calculate the percentage of accumulated water leakage to the total water content in the sample, which is called the water leakage rate, also known as the water leakage rate. Due to bleeding, the upper layer of concrete after pouring has too much water content, resulting in a lower quality than the lower layer of concrete, resulting in uneven phenomena and easy formation of cracks; At the same time, due to the fact that the bleeding carries fine particles all the way up to the top of the concrete, a layer of milk skin is formed on the surface, which will affect the bonding strength of the upper and lower layers of concrete; Part of the bleeding easily stays below the horizontal steel bars, forming a weak interlayer and reducing the bonding force between concrete and steel bars; Bleeding can also easily form a bleeding channel, reducing the impermeability and durability of concrete
