This standard specifies the determination range of multi-component residues of organophosphorus pesticides in animal food. It specifies the determination method for 13 commonly used organophosphorus pesticide residues in animal food, including methamidophos, dichlorvos, acephate, monocrotophos, dimethoate, etomidophos, methylparathion, chlorpyrifos, methylpyrifos, malathion, bethion, parathion, and etomidophos. This standard is applicable to the determination of multi-component residues of 13 commonly used organic phosphorus pesticides, including methamidophos, dichlorvos, acetomethamidophos, monocrotophos, dimethoate, ethyl mixed phosphorus, methyl parathion, fenitrothion, methyl carbinoxim, malathion, bethion, parathion, and ethyl parathion, in livestock and poultry meat and their products, as well as in milk and dairy products, eggs and egg products. The detection limits (pug/kg) of various pesticides in this method are: methamidophos 5.7: dichlorvos 3.5; Acephate 10.0; Monocrotophos 12.0; Lego 2.6; B mixed with phosphorus 1.2; methyl parathion 2. 6; Chloramphenicol 2-9; Methyl pyrifos 2,5; Malathion 2-8; Fenthion 2.1; Parathion 2.6; Ethylthion 1.7. The principle sample is extracted, purified, concentrated, and fixed to volume, separated by capillary column gas chromatography, detected by flame photometric detector, qualitatively determined by retention time, and quantitatively determined by external standard method.
