NY/T 1512-2014 Green Food Raw Wheaten Food and Rice noodles Products was issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China on October 17, 2014 and officially implemented on January 1, 2015. This standard is proposed by the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Green Food Development Center. This standard was drafted by the Agricultural Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture (Zhengzhou) and the Agricultural Quality Standards and Testing Technology Research Institute of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Jihong, Yin Haiyan, Zhang Junfeng, Zhou Ling, Zhang Ling, Wang Jian, Ma Ying, Wang Hongqi, and Liu Dongmei. This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces NY/T 1512-2007 Green Food Raw Noodle and Rice noodles Products. Compared to NY/T 1512-2007, except for editorial modifications, the main technical changes are as follows: deleting product classifications; Added the terms and definitions of raw pasta and Rice noodles products; Elimination of fluoride in pollutant limits; The projects with limited pesticide residues include phorate, dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, dimethoate, deltamethrin, fenvalerate, and imidacloprid; Food additives have modified the sulfur dioxide limit indicator and removed benzoyl peroxide; Increase the limit of fungal toxins to deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, and ochratoxin A; The microbial limit removed coliform, Shigella, and Staphylococcus aureus.
