1 Scope

This standard applies to food additives made from edible starch or starch milk obtained from raw materials for the production of edible starch by reacting with phosphorylation reagents, as well as food additives made by combining enzyme treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment, bleaching treatment, and pre gelatinization treatment with one or more methods
