This standard specifies a liquid phase chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of residual amounts of furanone metabolites (5-morpholinemethyl-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, abbreviated as AMOZ), furacilin metabolites (semicarbazide, abbreviated as SEM), enantiotropin metabolites (1-amino-2-endourea, abbreviated as AHD), and furazolidone metabolites (3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, abbreviated as AOZ) in milk and milk powder. This standard is applicable to the determination of AMOZ, SEM, AHD, and AOZ residues in milk and powdered milk. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.2 pg/kg for AMOZ, SEM, AHD, and AOZ in milk; The detection limits for AMOZ, SEM.AHD, and AOZ in milk powder are all 1.6 pug/kg.
