Malic acid, also known as 2-hydroxysuccinic acid, exists in three forms in nature: D-malic acid, L-malic acid, and its mixture DL malic acid. The naturally occurring malic acid is L-type and is found in almost all fruits, with the most abundant being in kernels. The Dixintai detection platform uses high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) methods to efficiently and accurately detect changes in malic acid content. Sample Preparation Organic Acid Extraction Method (This section involves the company's core process, and conventional extraction processes are provided below) Solid Organic Acid Sample Preparation Method: 1) Weigh approximately 1 g of solid organic acid sample into a 50 mL volumetric flask; 2) Add approximately 45 mL of ethyl acetate; 3) Ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes; 4) Leave to stand overnight and add ethyl acetate to volume; 5) Filter and evaporate 25 mL of filtrate to dryness; 6) Dissolve in formic acid, bring to a constant volume of 10 mL, and then detect with HPLC. Method for preparing liquid organic acid samples: 1) Remove 10 mL of organic acid samples and place them in a 50 mL beaker; 2) Add 0.1 g of activated carbon and stir evenly with a glass rod; 3) Allow to stand for 15 minutes and filter with filter paper; 4) 0.45 μ M was filtered through a microporous membrane and detected by HPLC.
