Yak milk powder testing

Yak milk powder is a type of milk powder produced and processed from yak milk. The origin of yaks can be traced back to ancient times, where they once coexisted with mammoths and saber toothed tigers. When the global glaciers spread during the Quaternary period, the ancestors of wild yaks were once distributed in North China, Inner Mongolia, and northern Eurasia. After global warming, the descendants of wild yaks began to inhabit the cold Qinghai Tibet Plateau (with an average elevation of 4000~5000 meters). Nowadays, yaks, penguins, and polar bears are considered the only three surviving species of animals in the world. Among them, yak resources are the only rare species that can be developed for industrial purposes and used by humans. Yak is the only species that can adapt to high altitude and cold mountainous areas for both milk and meat. It can utilize plant resources (grassland resources) that cannot be utilized by other livestock, and provide livestock products such as milk, meat, and fur to humans under extremely harsh natural environmental conditions. Yak is known as the "boat of the plateau" and is a unique species of cattle on the Qinghai Tibet alpine grasslands. It is the highest altitude mammal in the world and is distributed in provinces (regions) such as Sichuan, Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, and Gansu in China. Except for China, neighboring countries such as Mongolia, Central Asia of the former Soviet Union, and India, Bhutan, Sikkim, Afghanistan, Pakistan have a small distribution. China is the birthplace of the world's yaks, with 90% of the world's yaks living in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and its adjacent six provinces. Among them, Qinghai has 4.9 million yaks, accounting for 38% of the total number of yaks in China and ranking first in the country; Tibet has 3.9 million heads, accounting for 30%, ranking second in the country; Sichuan has 3.1 million heads, accounting for 23%, ranking third in the country; Gansu has 880000 heads, accounting for 7%, ranking fourth in the country; Xinjiang has 170000 heads, accounting for 1.3%, ranking fifth in the country; Yunnan has 50000 heads, accounting for 0.4%, ranking sixth in the country
