5 General technical requirements 5.1 Appearance and accessories 5.1.1 The torque meter should have a nameplate, which should indicate the name, model, specification, number, accuracy level, manufacturer, etc. of the torque meter. 5.1.2 The surface of the torque meter and its accessories should be free of defects that affect technical performance. The accessories are complete and cannot be replaced arbitrarily. 5.1.3 The scribed lines on the dial of the analog indicating device should be uniform and consistent, and the pointer width should be approximately equal to the scribed line width. The digital indicating device should have a clean surface, flexible and reliable buttons, and a clear and complete display. 5.2 Other relevant technical characteristics of torque meters (such as electrical characteristics, temperature characteristics, natural frequency, cycle life, external magnetic field influence, anti vibration performance, etc.) should meet the requirements of corresponding technical documents (such as relevant national standards, industry standards, and factory instructions, etc.). 5.3 Resolution of Indicating Devices 5.3.1 Resolution of Analog Indicating Devices The resolution (r) of analog indicating devices should be determined based on the ratio of the pointer width to the center distance (scale distance) between two adjacent scoring lines. The recommended ratios are 1/2, 1/5, and 1/10. When the distance between the scales is not less than 1.25 mm, an estimated reading of 1/10 of the dial graduation value can be made. 5.3.2 Digital indication device. When the torque meter is unloaded, if the change in the indication value of the digital indication device is not greater than one increment, the resolution is one increment of the last significant digit displayed; If the display value of the digital indicating device changes by more than one increment, the resolution is half of the range of display value change
