This standard specifies the method for determining the content of insoluble impurities in animal and vegetable fats. This standard is applicable to animal and vegetable fats. GB/T 15687 Preparation of Oil Samples (GB/T 15687-1995. eqv 1SO 6611989) 3 Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Insoluble impurities content refers to the amount of substances and foreign impurities that are insoluble in n-hexane or petroleum ether under the conditions specified in this standard. Note 1. The content is expressed as a mass fraction. Note 2. These impurities include mechanical impurities, minerals, carbohydrates, nitrogen-containing compounds, various resins, calcium soaps, oxidized fatty acids, fatty acid and (partially) alkaline soaps, hydroxy fatty acids and their glycerol esters, etc. -4. Dissolve the sample in excess of n-hexane or petroleum ether, filter the obtained test solution, and then rinse the residue and filter paper with the same solvent to dry them at 103 ℃ until the content of insoluble impurities is calculated at constant mass. 5 Reagent warnings; The operating rules for handling hazardous materials should be adopted, and various technical, organizational, and personal safety measures should be followed. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents used are analytical pure. 5.1 n-hexane or petroleum ether: The distillation range of petroleum ether is 30 ℃~60 ℃, and the bromine value is less than 1. The residue of any of the above solvents after complete evaporation should not exceed 0.002 g · 5.2 diatomaceous earth per 100 mL; After purification and calcination, the mass loss is less than 0.2% at 900 ℃ (red hot state). 6.
