1. Scope: This standard specifies the method for determining the insolubility index and solubility. The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of the insolubility index of milk powder without soybean components, while the second method is applicable to the determination of the solubility of infant food and milk powder. 2. Terms and definitions: Insolubility index. Under the conditions specified in this standard, milk powder or milk powder products are reconstituted and centrifuged to obtain the volume of sediment in milliliters. Principle 3: Add the sample to water at 24 ℃ or 50 ℃, and then use a special stirrer to restore it. After standing for a period of time (as specified), centrifuge a certain volume of reconstituted milk in a graduated centrifuge tube to remove the upper liquid. Add water at the same temperature as the restoration temperature to resuspend the precipitate. After centrifugation again, record the volume of the precipitate obtained. Note: Water with a temperature of 24 ℃ is used for recovery of spray dried products, and water with a temperature of 50 ℃ is used for recovery of some roller dried products. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials used in this method are analytical pure, and the water is Grade III water according to GB/T 6682. 4.1 Silicon crispy defoamer: The mass fraction of silicone emulsion is 30%. Follow the steps described in 6.4.5 (without adding samples) to test the applicability of silicone defoamer. After the experiment, the visible silicone liquid at the bottom of the centrifuge tube should not exceed 0.01 mL. 5 Instruments and Equipment 5.1 Water Bath: The working temperature is 24.0 ° C, 0.2 ° C or 50.0 ° C, and 0.2 ° C. 5.2 Thermometer: capable of measuring temperatures of 24 ℃ or 50 ℃, with an error not exceeding ± 0.2 ℃. Note: As the recovery temperature is an important factor affecting the insolubility index, the accuracy of the thermometers used in 6.2, 6.4.1, and 6.4.8 should comply with regulations. 5.3 Sample container: A spoon with a smooth surface or a clean and smooth sampling paper. 5.4 Balance: sensitivity of 0.01g. 5.5 Plastic scale: capacity of 100 mL soil 0.5 mL (20 ℃)
