This standard specifies the determination method for heavy metals in food simulants (4% acetic acid). The principle is that the heavy metals (calculated as lead) in the food simulant test solution obtained through migration testing react with sodium sulfide to form a yellow brown sulfide in an acidic solution, which is compared with the color of the lead standard solution. 3 Reagents and Material Notes: Unless otherwise specified, all reagents used in this method are analytical pure, and the water is Grade II water as specified in GB/T6682. 3.1 Reagent 3.1.1 Sodium Sulfide Nine Hydrate (NasS.9H2O). 3.1.2 Glycerol (C3 H, O,). 3.1.3 Glacial acetic acid (CH, COOH). 3.1.4 Nitric acid (HNO, 60%, mass fraction). 3.2 Reagent Preparation 3.2.1 Nitric Acid Solution (10%, Mass Fraction): Take 16.7 mL of nitric acid (3.1.4) and add water to a constant volume of 100 mL, 3.2.2 Sodium Sulfide Solution: Weigh 15.4 g of sodium decahydrate (3.1.1), add 10 mL of water, stir thoroughly with a glass rod until dissolved, then add 30 mL of glycerol (3.1.2), mix well, and store tightly. This solution can be stably stored for one month at room temperature. 3.2.3 Food simulant: 4% acetic acid solution (volume fraction). Measure 40 mL of glacial acetic acid (3.1.3) into a 1 L volumetric flask and add water to bring to volume. 3.3 Standard lead nitrate [Pb (N03);,> 98%] or a nationally certified and certified lead standard solution (containing 1 mg of lead per milliliter)
