This standard specifies the graphite furnace and flame atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for the determination of copper content in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of copper content in various foods. The first method is graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. After sample digestion, it is atomized in a graphite furnace and the absorbance is measured at 324.8 nm. The absorbance value of copper is directly proportional to the copper content within a certain concentration range, and is quantitatively compared to the standard series. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials used in this method are of high purity and will always be Grade II water as specified in GB/T 6682. 1. Preparation of 3.1 reagents: 3.1.1 Nitric acid (HNOj). 3.1.2 Perfluoric acid (HCIO). 3.1.3 Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NHH: PO). 3.1.4 Palladium nitrate LPd (NO5):]. 3.2 Reagent Preparation 3.2.1 Nitric Acid Solution (5+95): Measure 50 mL of nitric acid, slowly add to 950 mL of water, and mix well. 3.2.2 Nitric acid solution (1+1): Measure 250 mL of nitric acid, slowly add to 250 mI of water, and mix well. 3.2.3: Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate palladium nitrate solution: Weigh 0.02 g of palladium nitrate, add a small amount of nitric acid solution (10 liters) to dissolve, and then add 2 g of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. After dissolution, dilute to 100 mL with nitric acid solution (5+95) and mix well
