It is purified by a neutral alumina solid-phase extraction column or a Florisilica solid-phase extraction column, detected and confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials are analytical pure, and water is grade one water in accordance with GB/T 6682
