Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials are analytical pure, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682. 4.1 Acetonitrile: Chromatically pure. 4.2 Dichloromethane. 4.3 Methanol. 4.4 n-hexane, saturated with acetonitrile before use. 4.5 Sodium chloride. 4.6 Acetonitrile dichloromethane solution (4:1); Measure 80 mL of acetonitrile (4.1) and 20 mL of dichloromethane (4.2), and mix evenly. 4.7 Saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution. 4.8 Standard substances: Ivermectin, Avermectin, Doramectin, Acetylazo Avermectin, with a purity of ≥ 99%. 4.9100 ug/mL standard stock solution: Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of Ivermectin, Avermectin, Doramectin, and Acetaminoavermectin standard solutions (accurate to 0.1 mg), prepare them with acetonitrile into 100 pg/mL standard stock solutions, and store them at -18 ℃
