Product Description:

4 Analysis steps 4.1 Sample preparation 4.1.1 Distilled liquor, fermented liquor, and prepared liquor samples (excluding beer and sparkling wine). Use a clean and dry 100 ml volumetric flask to accurately measure 100 ml of the sample (liquid temperature 20 ℃) into a 500 mL distillation flask. Rinse the volumetric flask three times with 50 mL of water and pour the washing solution into the 500 mL distillation flask. Add several zeolites (or glass beads), connect a serpentine condenser tube, and use the original volumetric flask used for sampling as a receiver (with an ice bath), Turn on the cooling water (the temperature of the cooling water should be lower than 15 ℃), slowly heat and distill, and collect the distillate. When approaching the mark, remove the volumetric flask, cap it, and keep it warm in a 20 ℃ water bath for 30 minutes. Then add water to the mark, mix well, and set aside. 4.1.2 Preparation of Beer and Sparkling Wine Samples 4.1.2.1 Carbon Dioxide Removal of Samples: To ensure representativeness of the sample, without or with minimal loss of alcohol, carbon dioxide gas in the wine sample can be removed by shaking, ultrasound, or stirring. There are two methods for removing carbon dioxide from the sample: a) The first method is to pour approximately 300 ml of the wine sample that has been kept at a constant temperature of 15 ℃ to 20 ℃ into a 1000 mL conical flask, add a rubber stopper, and gently shake it in the constant temperature chamber. Open the stopper to release gas (there is a "bang" sound at the beginning), and cover it. Repeat the operation until no gas escapes. Filter with a single layer of medium speed dry filter paper (covered with surface glass on the funnel)

b) Second method: Use ultrasonic or magnetic stirring method to remove gas. Transfer about 300 ml of wine sample with a constant temperature of 15 ℃ to 20 ℃ into a bottle with an exhaust plug, place it in an ultrasonic water tank (or mixer), sonicate (or stir) for a certain period of time, and filter with a single layer of medium speed dry filter paper (cover the funnel with surface glass). Note: To determine the ultrasonic (or stirring) time and temperature, it is necessary to compare with the first method to ensure that the alcohol content measurement results are similar. After removing carbon dioxide from the sample, it is collected in a conical flask with a stopper, maintained at a temperature of 15 ℃ -20 ℃, sealed for storage, and limited to use within 2 hours. 4.1.2.2 Sample distillation is the same as 4.1.1. 4.2 Determination of Sample Solution 4.2.1 Wash and dry the density bottle, and weigh with a thermometer and side hole cover. Repeat drying and weighing until constant weight (m). 4.2.2: Remove the bottle stopper with a thermometer, fill the density bottle with water that has been boiled and cooled to 15 ℃, insert the bottle stopper with a thermometer (there should be no bubbles in the bottle), and immediately immerse it in a constant temperature water bath at 20.0 ℃ ± 0.1 ℃. After the temperature of the content reaches 20 ℃ and remains unchanged for 20 minutes, use filter paper to quickly absorb the liquid overflowing from the side tube, so that the liquid level of the side tube is flush with the opening of the side tube. Immediately cover the side hole cover and remove the density bottle, Dry the water on the outer wall of the bottle with filter paper and immediately weigh (m,). Pour out the water, first rinse the density bottle with anhydrous ethanol, then rinse with ether, blow dry (or dry in an oven), repeatedly rinse the density bottle with sample distillate 3-5 times, and then fill it up. According to 4.2.2, weigh (m,)
