Collect 40 mL to 50 mL of the filtrate, cover with a stopper, shake vigorously for 1 minute, and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to separate the acetonitrile phase and the aqueous phase. 6.3 Purification: Take 10.00 mL of acetonitrile solution from the stopper measuring flask and place it in a 150 mL beaker. Place the beaker on an 80 ℃ water bath and heat it. Slowly introduce nitrogen or air flow into the beaker, evaporate to dryness, add 2.0 mL of acetone, cover with aluminum foil, and set aside. Transfer the above backup solution completely to a 15 mL graduated centrifuge tube, rinse the beaker three times with approximately 3 mL of acetone, transfer to a centrifuge tube, and finally bring to volume 5.0 mL, mix well on a vortex mixer, and transfer to two 2 mL automatic sampler sample bottles for chromatographic determination. If the sample solution after constant volume is too turbid, it should be filtered with a 0.2 pm filter membrane before measurement
