2 Normative References The documents referenced in this standard are essential for the application of this standard. The three principles first determine the total solid content and fat content in milk and dairy products separately (if non dairy components such as sucrose are added, they should also be deducted), and then subtract the content of fat and non dairy components such as sucrose from the total solid to obtain non dairy solids. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials used in this method are analytical pure, and the water is Grade III water according to GB/T 6682. 4.1 Your flat bottom container: a stainless steel or aluminum container with a lid, with a height of 20 mm~25 mm and a diameter of 50 mm~70 mm, or a glass weighing container. 4.2 Short glass rod; Suitable for the diameter of the container, it can be placed diagonally inside the container without affecting the lid. 4.3 Quartz sand or sea sand: It can pass a sieve with a diameter of 500 μ m, but cannot pass a sieve with a diameter of 180 μ m. It must pass the following applicability tests: Place approximately 20 g of sea sand together with a short glass rod in a container, and then open it in a drying oven at 100 ℃ ± 2 ℃ for at least 2 hours. Cover the container and place it in a dryer to cool to room temperature before weighing to the nearest 0.1 mg. Wet the sea sand with 5 mL of water, mix the sea sand and water with a short glass rod, and dry it again in a drying oven for 4 hours. Cover the container and place it in a dryer to cool to room temperature before weighing to the nearest 0 1 mg, the difference between two weighing should not exceed 0.5 mg. If the difference in mass between two weighings exceeds 0.5 mg, the sea sand needs to be subjected to the following treatment before use: soak the sea sand in a 25% volume fraction hydrochloric acid solution for 3 days and stir frequently. Pour out the supernatant as much as possible and wash the sea sand with water until neutral. Heat the sea sand at 160 ℃ for 4 hours. Then repeat the applicability test
