This standard specifies the determination method for deoxynivalenol and its acetylated derivatives in food. The first method is isotope dilution liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol, 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol, and 15-acetyldeoxynivalenol in grains and their products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce, and sauce products. The second method is immunoaffinity chromatography purification high-performance liquid chromatography, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol in grains and their products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce, and sauce products. The third method is thin layer chromatography, and the fourth method is enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol in grains and their products. The deoxynivalenol, 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol, and 15-acetyldeoxynivalenol in the 2-principle sample were extracted from a mixed solution of water and acetonitrile. The extracted supernatant was purified by solid-phase extraction or immunoaffinity column, concentrated, volumetric, and filtered, separated by ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography, tandem mass spectrometry detection, and quantified by isotope internal standard method. Add a small amount of acetonitrile and shake vigorously for a few minutes. Let it stand for layering and discard the lower layer of acetonitrile
