It is cultivated using specific natural microbial communities within the protected area. 3.3 Fuqu starter of multi micro organism is made by inoculating Hanoi Baiqu, brewing aroma producing yeast, and bacteria with high-quality bran as the culture medium, and cultivating them into saccharification and fermentation agents before mixing them in proportion
