Geographical Indication Product Yantai Wine/Food (Liquor) Testing

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, protection scope, classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of Yantai wine as a geographical indication product. This standard is applicable to the geographical indication product "Yintai Wine" approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". 2 Normative references: The provisions in the following documents become provisions of this standard through reference to this standard. The natural alcohol content of fermented liquor shall not be less than 9% (volume fraction), and the natural alcohol content of distilled liquor shall not be less than 8% (volume fraction)
