The scope of this standard specifies the method for determining total arsenic in food in Section -. The second part of this standard specifies the liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method and the liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of inorganic arsenic content in food. The first, second, and third methods of the first part of this standard are applicable to the determination of total arsenic in various types of food. The second part is applicable to the determination of inorganic arsenic (including arsenate and arsenite) content in rice, aquatic animals, infant and young child cereal auxiliary foods, and canned auxiliary foods for infants and young children. 2. The sample is treated with acid digestion to form a sample solution. The sample solution is atomized and sent into an ICP torch tube by carrier gas. After evaporation, dissociation, atomization, and ionization, it is converted into charged ions, which are then collected by an ion collection system and entered into a mass spectrometer. The mass spectrometer separates according to the mass charge ratio. For a certain mass to charge ratio, the signal strength of mass spectrometry is directly proportional to the number of ions entering the mass spectrometer, that is, the sample concentration is directly proportional to the signal strength of mass spectrometry. Determine the arsenic element in the sample solution by measuring the signal intensity of mass spectrometry. 3 Reagents and Materials Note: Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in this method are all high-grade pure, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682. 3.1 Reagent 3.1.1- Nitric acid (HNO): MOS grade (electronic industry specific high-purity chemicals) BV (III) grade. 3.1.2 Hydrogen peroxide (H: O:). 3.1.3 Mass spectrometry tuning solution: Li, Y. Ce. Ti, Co, recommended concentration of 10 ng/mL. 3.1.4 Internal standard stock solution: Ge, concentration of 100 pg/mL. 3.1.5 Sodium hydroxide (NaOH). 3.2 Reagent preparation 3.2.1- Nitric acid solution (2+98): Measure 20 mL of nitric acid v and slowly pour it into 980 ml. of water, mix well. 3.2.2. Internal standard solution Ge or Y (1.0 ug/mL): Take 1.0 ml. of the internal standard solution, dilute with nitric acid solution (2+98), and bring to volume 100 mL. 3.2.3 Sodium hydroxide solution (100 g/L): Weigh 10.0 g of sodium hydroxide, dissolve with water, and bring to a constant volume of 100 mL. 3.3 Standard arsenic trioxide (As: Os> Standard: Purity ≥ 99.5%)
