GB 2763 National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food GB/T 6682 Specification and Test Methods for Analytical Laboratory Water GB/T 6682 Method Abstract: Avermectin in the sample was extracted with acetone, concentrated, purified with SPEC, column, and eluted with methanol. After concentration, constant volume, and filtration, the eluent was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography equipped with a UV detector, and quantified by the external standard method. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials are analytical pure, and water is grade one water in accordance with GB/T 6682. 4.1 Reagent 4.1.1 Acetone (C, H, O): Chromatically pure. 4.1.2 Methanol (CH, O): Chromatically pure. 4.2 Standard substance Avermectin standard substance (molecular formula C.sHO): purity ≥ 96.0%. 4.3 Preparation of standard solution 4.3.1 Avermectin standard stock solution: Weigh 0.1 g (accurate to 0.000 1 g) of Avermectin standard into a 100 mL volumetric flask, dissolve it in methanol, and prepare a standard stock solution with a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL to the mark. 4.3.2 Avermectin standard working solution: Take an appropriate amount of Avermectin standard stock solution as needed, and dilute it with methanol to an appropriate concentration of standard. Standard working fluid needs to be prepared once a week. 5 Instruments and Equipment 5.1 High Performance Liquid Chromatography; Equipped with UV detector. 5.2 Analytical balance; Sensitivity 0.01 g and 0.000 1 g. 5.3 tissue crusher. 5.4 Oscillator. 5.5 Rotating evaporator. 5.6 Solid phase extraction column: SPE CR. Specification: 3 mL/60 mg, activated with 5 mL methanol and 5 mL water before use
