GB/T 18798.1 Sampling of Solid Instant Tea (GB/T 18798.1-2002, eqv ISO 7516; 1984) GB/T 18798.3 Determination of Water Content in Solid Instant Tea (GB/T 18798.3-2002, eqv ISO 75131990) 3 Principles: Instant tea is dissolved in hot 10% acetonitrile. The determination of catechins was carried out using a Ca column with a detection wavelength of 278 nm, gradient elution, HPLC analysis, and direct quantification using the external standard method of catechin standard substances. The relative correction factor RRF5a (ISO international environmental test results) of catechins and caffeine can also be used for quantification (see 7.2)
