6.3 Inspection Classification 6.3.1 Factory Inspection 6.3.1.1 Before the product leaves the factory, it should be inspected batch by batch by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Only products that pass the inspection and are accompanied by a quality certificate can leave the factory. The product quality inspection certificate (certificate of conformity) can be placed in the packaging box or in an independent packaging box, or the words "qualified" or "inspected qualified" can be printed on the label or outside the packaging box. 6.3.1.2 Test items: sensory requirements, alcohol content, alkalinity, total aldehydes, total esters, methanol, higher alcohols. 6.3.2 Type inspection 6.3.2.1 Inspection items: All required items in this standard. 6.3.2.2 Generally, the type inspection of the same type of product is carried out every six months. If one of the following situations occurs, the type inspection should also be carried out: a) when there are significant changes in raw and auxiliary materials; b) When changing critical processes or equipment; c) When a new trial produced product or a normally produced product is discontinued for 3 months and production is resumed; when there is a significant difference between the results of the factory inspection and the previous type inspection; e) When national quality supervision and inspection institutions need to conduct spot checks according to relevant regulations. 6.4 Judgment rules 6.4.1 When there are no more than two indicators in the inspection results that do not meet the corresponding product standard requirements, double the quantity of samples from the same batch of products should be re sampled for re inspection, and the re inspection results shall prevail. 6.4.2 If there is still one (or more) item that is not qualified in the retest results, the entire batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 6.4.3 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the inspection results, they can be resolved through consultation between relevant parties, or entrust relevant units to conduct arbitration inspection, and the arbitration inspection results shall prevail
